That’s the latex grip thingy for the Wiimote, isn’t it? I always thought that was an accessory to use it as a vibrator, by unspoken understanding. How ironic that it denies Lady Wiimote her own pleasure.

The joke is that the torture device seen in the last panel is known as the Iron Maiden, so there is a play on the word “maiden”.
