I think it’s an iPhone and it’s getting games for the touch screen like DS.

And that isn’t exactly the best French in the last panel…

Related: I’ve been playing Aurora Feint as of late. The game has promise, if only the actual game playing portion had more strategy to it. It’s way too easy!

Is this about pirated DS software? Who is that guy in the last panel? Does it matter that it’s a masquerade?

It is an Apple II and an iPhoney.

Aurora Faint is indeed quite nice, but a bit too easy.

How the hell do you unlock magic scrolls? I always lose a second after I attempt it..

I think it’s a mac turning into a iphone.

iMac not being a known gaming platform and along comes iphones getting games. Although it’s yet to be scene if they’ll get more games than the Mac gets.

Maybe stealing a kiss from DS is about them stealing DS games or using the touch screen for games.

Oh come on, you guys are smarter than this, right?

Panel 1: King Wii and (Queen?) DS dancing
Panel 3: honestly I can’t tell wtf
Panel 4-5: The Mac (see comic #42) greets DS
Panel 6: Hey, she loves him
Panel 7-8: This is pretty clearly a princess/frog or similar fairy tell reference. The Mac transforms into an iPhone, a new Apple product that has real gaming capabilities

Ta-da. Idiots.

1. The Wii and his DS queen are dancing
2. The king leaves to get some punch
3. The Mac approaches taps the Queen’s shoulder
4. Since this is a masquerade ball, The DS mistakes the Mac as her Husband Wii and says, “Oh! Back so soon?”
5. Pretending the be the Wii, the Mac takes this chance to lift the curse on him, I suppose the curse being not good games.
6. The Queen and King’s love is reunited which
7. Thus Frees the Mac from his curse.
8. He then makes an exit, now reborn and says “And thus, I make my exit! Adieu mon cherie!” The queen is shocked and probably realizes that she’s been tricked by a Mac disquised as her husband in this Masquerade Ball.

@ popcorn: It’s fairy tale, not fairy tell.

The third panel is Mac tapping Queen DS’s shoulder to get her attention.

@popcorn:
I guess most people who didn’t get the comic just couldn’t recognize the iPhone in the end, it is rather blurred and small.

@zargabaath:

Damn grammar nazis…

Mac was under the curse that until he found love, he would be trapped in a games-less form. After the DS professes her love for him, he is transformed into the iphone.

Dunno if iphones can do DS games, but I know they can emulate the SNES, so it’s getting delicious game sauce.

What’s wrong with you all complaining about different languages in the comics? It’s not like the author is some fuckin linguistic master.

Actually, that should be ‘Adieu, ma chérie!’

Anyways, I’ve been following your comics since a while, total awesomeness ;D!

It’s a masquerade ball, and 360 leaves DS to go get a drink. 360’s place is taken by Mac, who kisses DS. The “curse” is the lack of good games on Mac, and the “love” is the shared touchscreen capability between the iPhone and DS. In the end, Mac is transformed into an iPhone, which has games, and the French is just atmosphere.
